Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

UMYU Scientifica supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to disseminate their work widely. Authors are permitted to deposit all versions of their manuscripts, including the submitted version (pre-print), accepted version (Author Accepted Manuscript), and published version (Version of Record), in institutional, disciplinary, or public repositories of their choice, without embargo.

Deposited versions must include a clear citation of the original publication in UMYU Scientifica and, where applicable, a link to the official article DOI or journal webpage.

The journal’s content is openly accessible under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license, allowing authors to share and reuse their published work for non-commercial purposes, with proper acknowledgment.

To ensure long-term digital preservation and discoverability, UMYU Scientifica also participates in recognized archiving and indexing initiatives such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP-PN) and other national or institutional repositories.
