About the Journal
UMYU Journal of Business Administration and Management is a bi-annual double-blind peer-review journal domiciled in the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina, with a steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and excellence. The journal seeks to contribute to the advancement of knowledge among scholars and commitment to academic excellence in the field of Business Administration and Management, both at the local and international levels.
